Here at Synergy Designs, a client's privacy is important. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Synergy Designs and how it is used. If you have additional questions or require more information about this Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to reach out.

This Privacy Policy applies only to online activities and is valid for visitors to this website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Synergy Designs. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Synergy Design's Work

​The projects shown here are for example purposes only and are either already owned by a costumer or designed for advertising purposes.

Designs delivered through Canva

Please keep in mind that designs altered after they were made and delivered through Canva IS NOT the responsibility of SD.

 

Startup Fee

​A startup fee of 15% will be deducted from your total price. PLEASE NOTE, this startup fee is nonrefundable and needs to be send BEFORE the start of a project. This nonrefundable fee ensures my work and time is not waisted after a project has been started in the event a project needs to be terminated due to ANY reason.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the services provided by Synergy Designs, refunds are not accepted.

By using this website, you hereby consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Collected Information 

The personal information that you are asked to provide (contact info.), and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point it is asked of you to provide your personal information. When you send a direct email, information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send, and any other information you may choose to provide will be kept within the business's emails. The duration of the stored emails will depend on how long an individual is a costumer of Synergy Designs.

How your information is used?

The information that's collected is used as follows: ​

• Communicate with you for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information about your project, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Send you general emails.

 

​Log Files, Cookies and Web Beacons are not yet being used at this moment by this website since the purpose of this page is to show the business's services, for contact purposes, and to send costumers to second party businesses for payment and/or scheduling purposes. Costumer Care

Under the CCPA, consumers have the right to:

• Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data, disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.

• Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please reach out. Synergy Designs DOES NOT sell consumer data.
